CR Cab collects only the data necessary to provide reviewer assignment functionality:

• Slack workspace ID and Slack user ID
• Availability status you set (e.g., available, busy, out)
• GitHub username, if you choose to link it

If you use Google OAuth for admin sign-in, we collect your email address and name for authentication purposes only.

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide reviewer assignment based on availability
• Operate and support the service
• Respond to support requests

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Your workspace data is only used to provide the service to that workspace. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the service, such as cloud infrastructure providers, under strict confidentiality agreements.

We retain your data while your workspace has an active installation of CR Cab.

When you uninstall CR Cab from your workspace, we delete your data within 30 days. You can also request deletion at any time by contacting us.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, including:

• Encryption in transit and at rest
• AWS managed services with enterprise-grade security
• Least-privilege access controls
